Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 30, 2026
Effective date: October 30, 2026
1. About this policy
transformationhealth.com (the “Site”) is a website operated by Amerigo Health LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), 3948 3rd Street South #395, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.
This policy explains how we handle “consumer health data” as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373), Nevada’s consumer health data privacy law (Senate Bill 370, 2023), and the consumer health data provisions of the Connecticut Data Privacy Act. We apply this policy, and the Washington standard, to all U.S. users, not only residents of those states. It supplements our Privacy Policy. If the two conflict for consumer health data, this policy controls.
We are a publisher of information about GLP-1 medications and the companies that offer them. We are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or HIPAA covered entity, and we do not provide healthcare services or medical advice.
2. What consumer health data we collect
These laws define consumer health data broadly. It includes information that identifies a person and that reveals, or lets someone infer, that the person is seeking health care services or using or buying prescribed medication. Because the Site is about GLP-1 medications, we consider the following to be consumer health data when it is linked or reasonably linkable to you:
- Your email address, linked to your interest in GLP-1 information, including the page you signed up from (such as an article about a specific medication) and the dates you signed up and confirmed.
- Email click records: our emails use click tracking (links pass through links.transformationhealth.com), so we learn which links you clicked, with the IP address and user agent (browser and device details) of the device used. We do not use open tracking.
- Browsing information that shows which health topics you read on the Site: Google Analytics page views linked to a cookie, and the first page of each visit recorded by our own analytics, linked to a random session identifier.
- Contact form messages, if you choose to write to us about a health topic.
We do not ask for or collect: diagnoses or conditions, weight, BMI, medications you take, symptoms, pregnancy or reproductive information, gender-affirming care information, genetic or biometric data, insurance member details, or precise location.
3. Why we collect it
- To send you the emails you signed up for, confirm your email address, send any reports or content you request from us, and measure which links in our emails are clicked. We inform; we do not refer you to or enroll you with any provider.
- To keep a record of the consent you gave.
- To respond to your messages.
- To understand how the Site is used, including how much traffic comes from people versus automated programs, and to improve the Site. Our analytics have no advertising features.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse.
- To comply with the law.
We do not use consumer health data for targeted advertising, and we do not sell it.
4. Where we get it
- From you, when you fill out our sign-up form or contact form.
- From your browser and email program, through our analytics tools and click tracking in our emails.
We do not buy consumer health data or receive it from data brokers, healthcare providers, or other third parties.
5. Where we store it and who we share it with
Storage. Our sign-up database is hosted by Cloudflare. Our first-party analytics database is hosted on Google Cloud. That database is used, or may be used, by Amerigo Health LLC for its websites; each website’s data is kept in its own separate section. We never combine your data from one of our websites with your data from another: there are no shared profiles across our websites, and we do not match the same person across them. We may count visits that arrive at one of our websites from another, using the referring site recorded with each visit; those counts are per website and do not link any individual across sites. Contact form messages are kept in our team email inbox, hosted by Google Workspace.
Processors only. We share consumer health data only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use to providing services to us:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security, our sign-up and contact form services, and our sign-up database). Privacy contact: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Resend (email delivery, including contact form messages, and email click tracking). Privacy contact: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Cloud hosting for our analytics database, and Google Workspace for our team inbox). Privacy contact: policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not sell consumer health data. We will not sell it without your signed, separate authorization as the Washington law requires, and we have no plans to ask.
No sharing with providers. We do not share your email address or any other consumer health data with healthcare providers, pharmacies, telehealth companies, or other companies mentioned on the Site. If we ever wanted to, we would first ask for your separate, specific consent, describing who would receive it and why, and you could say no.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process.
6. Consent
- Collection. We collect consumer health data with your consent, or only as necessary to provide something you request (such as showing you the page you asked for or answering your message). Our sign-up form has an unchecked box you must check to join the list, and we record the consent wording and its version with your sign-up.
- Sharing. Any sharing beyond our processors would require a second, separate consent.
- Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@transformationhealth.com (Section 9). Unsubscribing stops our emails. We will stop collecting and using your consumer health data for the purpose you withdrew from, and delete it if you ask.
7. How long we keep it
We keep consumer health data until you ask us to delete it. We may delete data at our own discretion, but we do not commit to deleting it on any schedule.
- Email list records, including sign-up and confirmation timestamps: until you ask us to delete them. Unsubscribing does not delete the record.
- Sign-ups that are never confirmed: kept with status “pending” until you ask us to delete them. We may delete them at our discretion, but we do not commit to a schedule.
- First-party analytics events: kept with no commitment to delete them on any schedule.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months.
- Email click records: under Resend’s retention settings, and in our own records if we copy them there.
- Contact form messages: in our team inbox until we delete them.
8. Your rights
Regardless of where you live in the United States, you can:
- Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data.
- Access your consumer health data, including a list of the third parties and processors we have shared it with and their contact information.
- Delete your consumer health data. We will delete it from our records and tell our processors to delete it. Data in backups is deleted when the backup is overwritten, within 6 months of your request.
- Withdraw consent to collection or sharing.
- Appeal if we decline your request.
We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
How we respond.
- We respond within 45 days of receiving your request, and may extend by another 45 days when reasonably necessary; we will tell you if we do.
- We verify requests by emailing the address you used with us. We do not ask for more information than needed to confirm it is you.
- Requests are free.
- If we deny a request, we will explain why and how to appeal.

11. Security and access
We limit access to consumer health data to the people who work for or assist Amerigo Health LLC and need it to do the tasks in Section 3. We keep each website’s data in its own section of our analytics database and use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. See Privacy Policy Section 7.
