How We Make Money

transformationhealth.com is a website operated by Amerigo Health LLC. We publish guides and comparisons to help you understand GLP-1 medications and choose a provider. Here is how we are paid, and how we are not.
Today
As of October 30, 2026, we do not accept any payment from healthcare providers, telehealth companies, pharmacies, or drug manufacturers. No one pays to appear on the Site. If that changes, we will update this page on the day it changes.
If we start accepting payment
We may start accepting payment from providers in the future. If we do, these rules will apply:
- Flat fees only. A provider may pay a flat listing fee, or a flat fee per click on a link to their site. The fee is set in advance and is the same no matter what happens after the click.
- Never per lead, signup, or patient. We will never be paid based on whether you sign up, buy anything, become a patient, or share your information with a provider.
- No revenue share. We will never receive a percentage of what you pay a provider.
- Sponsored placements are labeled and separate. Paid placements will appear only in an area marked “Sponsored,” apart from our comparisons.
- Payment never changes a comparison. Where providers appear in our comparisons will not be based on payment, and our comparisons will include providers that do not pay us.
- Paying does not buy inclusion or a good review. Providers will not be able to pay to be included in a comparison, to remove information, or to change what we write about them.
Your information
We never sell your personal information. We never share your email address with providers. Any report we give a provider, paying or not, will contain only totals and no personal information. See our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
