Who they are

The federal NPPES registry lists HEALTHWAREHOUSE COM INC at 7107 Industrial Rd, Florence, Kentucky, under three active NPI numbers (1598911265, 1619252160, and 1669608519), with taxonomies for mail order pharmacy and community/retail pharmacy. The records list Kentucky pharmacy permit P07453 and Ohio license 021835150 (checked 2026-10-17).[1] NPPES data is reported by the organization itself; the state board of pharmacy is the official source for license status.

The pharmacy says it is based in Florence, Kentucky, has served patients since 2007, and ships FDA-approved prescription medication, over-the-counter products, and veterinary medication to customers nationwide. It also says it is licensed or accredited with all 50 state boards of pharmacy (pharmacy website, checked 2026-10-17).[2] We did not verify the 50-state statement against each state board.

HealthWarehouse.com does not appear on the FDA’s list of registered 503B outsourcing facilities (list updated as of 9/30/2026, checked 2026-10-17).[3] The pharmacy describes itself as a digital pharmacy, and its About page does not mention compounding. If you are using a compounded GLP-1 medication, ask your program which pharmacy prepares it; it may be a different pharmacy from the one that dispenses other prescriptions.

Why its credentials matter

For an online pharmacy, one credential you can check is accreditation from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). The program is now called Digital Pharmacy accreditation and was formerly known as VIPPS (Verified Internet Pharmacy Practice Sites). NABP says pharmacies on its list comply with criteria covering customer privacy, authentication and security of prescription orders, a recognized quality assurance policy, and meaningful consultation between customers and pharmacists.[4]

On 2026-10-17, NABP’s list of accredited digital pharmacies included “Hwareh.com, Inc dba HealthWarehouse.com,” 7107 Industrial Rd, Florence, KY 41042, with the websites healthwarehouse.com and healthwarehouse.pharmacy and an accreditation end date of 04/23/28.[4]

Accreditation is one input. It is not FDA approval of any medication, and it does not tell you how any single order was handled. The general checks that apply to any pharmacy are in How to Vet a Compounding Pharmacy: A Checklist.

The problem these credentials solve

Online pharmacy accreditation exists because many websites sell prescription drugs without a valid prescription and without oversight, often from outside the US. That is the grey-market problem covered in The Grey Market. The FDA’s BeSafeRx page tells consumers to use online pharmacies that are licensed in their state, require a valid prescription, have a US physical address and phone number, and have a licensed pharmacist available.[5]

A good-looking website or a low price tells you nothing about any of those things. A license and an accreditation listing are records you can look up.

How to verify HealthWarehouse yourself

You do not have to rely on this profile. Each record is public:

  • State license: search the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy’s license verification for permit P07453, and your own state’s board if the pharmacy ships to you. The FDA’s BeSafeRx page links to every state’s database.[5]
  • NPI records: search the NPPES NPI Registry for the company name.[1]
  • NABP accreditation: search NABP’s list of accredited digital pharmacies.[4]
  • FDA warning letters: search the FDA’s warning letter database. Our search for “HealthWarehouse” and “Hwareh” on 2026-10-17 returned no results.[6]
  • 503B status: check the FDA’s list of registered outsourcing facilities.[3]

LegitScript also offers a public certification lookup that you can run yourself. We could not complete that lookup when preparing this profile, so it is not listed as a fact here.

A step-by-step guide to vetting any pharmacy is in How to Choose a Safe Compounding Pharmacy.

How the process should work

A licensed provider decides whether a prescription is appropriate. A licensed pharmacy then dispenses it. At many telehealth programs, the program chooses the pharmacy; with other providers, you can name the pharmacy you want. Either way, the pharmacy’s name should appear on your prescription label, and you should be able to contact the pharmacy directly with questions.

Before your first order, ask which pharmacy will fill your prescription, and check that pharmacy’s license and record using the steps above.

The bottom line

On 2026-10-17, public records showed HealthWarehouse.com on NABP’s list of accredited digital pharmacies, with a Kentucky pharmacy permit listed in the NPPES registry and no results in an FDA warning letter search. It is not on the FDA’s 503B outsourcing facility list. Transformation Health does not rate, rank, or recommend pharmacies; these records are a starting point for your own checks.

Still have questions?

Contact our support team
Is HealthWarehouse.com a legitimate pharmacy?
Transformation Health does not rate or recommend pharmacies. Here is what public records showed when we checked on 2026-10-17: the NABP list of accredited digital pharmacies includes Hwareh.com, Inc dba HealthWarehouse.com in Florence, Kentucky, with an accreditation end date of 04/23/28, and the federal NPPES registry lists Kentucky pharmacy permit P07453 for the company. A search of the FDA warning letter database for its name returned no results. You can check each of these yourself through the sources listed on this page.
Is HealthWarehouse a compounding pharmacy?
The pharmacy describes itself as a digital pharmacy that ships FDA-approved prescription medication, over-the-counter products, and veterinary medication. It does not appear on the FDA's list of registered 503B outsourcing facilities (list updated as of 9/30/2026). Whether a pharmacy does any 503A compounding is a question to ask the pharmacy and your state board of pharmacy.
What is NABP Digital Pharmacy accreditation?
It is an accreditation program run by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy, formerly known as VIPPS (Verified Internet Pharmacy Practice Sites). NABP says accredited digital pharmacies comply with criteria covering customer privacy, authentication and security of prescription orders, a recognized quality assurance policy, and meaningful consultation with pharmacists. You can search NABP's list of accredited digital pharmacies yourself.
Can I choose HealthWarehouse to fill my prescription?
It depends on how your prescription is handled. If your provider sends prescriptions to the pharmacy you name, you can ask for a specific pharmacy. Many telehealth programs choose the pharmacy for you. Ask your provider or program before you start, and check the license and record of whichever pharmacy fills it.
