Who they are

Public records list Precision Medicine as the trade name of Precision Medication Inc., a New York-registered pharmacy at 2657 Merrick Road in Bellmore [1]. Its NPPES record lists it as a community/retail, mail order, and compounding pharmacy [2].

The pharmacy’s website says it was “formerly known as Precision Compounding Pharmacy” and that it has locations in New York, Florida, and California [6]. This profile covers the New York registration only. We did not check licenses for the other locations.

What the pharmacy says about itself

These statements come from the pharmacy’s own website as of 2026-10-17 [6]. Transformation Health has not verified them.

  • The pharmacy describes itself as a 503A and fulfillment pharmacy.
  • The pharmacy says it supports telehealth providers across specialties.
  • The pharmacy’s website displays a LegitScript badge. LegitScript’s public lookup requires a manual check, so we did not confirm the certification for this profile. You can run the check at LegitScript’s website certification page.

What the records do not cover

A state registration and a clean search result are not a quality rating. A New York registration does not show whether the pharmacy is licensed in the state you live in, and 503A pharmacies are not subject to the federal current good manufacturing practice requirements that apply to 503B outsourcing facilities [7]. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are sold [7].

How to verify Precision Medicine yourself

  1. New York registration. Search “Pharmacy Establishment” for “Precision” in the NY Office of the Professions verification search and open registration 039041.
  2. Your own state. If you live outside New York, search your state board of pharmacy. The FDA’s BeSafeRx page links to each state’s license lookup [8].
  3. FDA records. Search the FDA warning letter database for each name the pharmacy uses.
  4. Your batch. If a prescription is filled here, ask for the certificate of analysis for your lot.

The full checklist is in How to Vet a Compounding Pharmacy, and the longer guide is How to Choose a Safe Compounding Pharmacy. For what a 503A pharmacy does to prepare and test a compounded GLP-1, see Inside a 503A Pharmacy.

How a pharmacy gets chosen for your prescription

At most telehealth programs, a licensed provider decides whether a prescription is appropriate, and the program chooses which pharmacy fills it. Before your first order, ask the provider:

  • Which pharmacy will fill the prescription, and in which state is it located?
  • What is its license number in your state?
  • Is it a 503A pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility?
  • Will you get the certificate of analysis for your lot if you ask?

The pharmacy’s name should appear on your prescription label, so you can check it against the records above.

The bottom line

As of 2026-10-17, public records show Precision Medicine (Precision Medication Inc.) as an active New York pharmacy registration with no New York enforcement actions found, not a registered 503B outsourcing facility, and no FDA warning letter found. Everything on this page can be checked against the public sources below, and records change, so check them again before you rely on them.

Records change, so search the database yourself before you rely on this.
Can I choose Precision Medicine to fill my prescription?
That depends on the program or provider you use. Many telehealth programs choose the pharmacy for you. Before your first order, ask the provider which pharmacy will fill the prescription, where it is located, and its license number, and check that license with your state board of pharmacy.
